The company offers an attractive compensation package including base salary, benevolence allowance, HRA, cafeteria allowance, performance related salary (PRP), medical facility, social security benefits , including PF, pension, bonus, etc., in accordance with company rules in effect from time to time. Selected candidates will be placed in the `50,000-3% -1.60,000 (IDA) (E2) salary scale during a one-year training period. Upon successful completion of training, candidates will be absorbed as Engineer / Officer in the same scale with one year probation. The total annual fee for the new joinee is approx. Rs.15 Lakh
Selection process
Applicants will be shortlisted from applicants registered with NHPC on the basis of merit based on GATE - 2020 scores and will be provisionally selected and extended from the “offer of appointment” on a provisional basis.

Only applicants who have registered with GATE-2020 with a valid GATE registration number can register online on the NHPC website at http://www.nhpcindia.com /career.htm against advertisement n ° NH / Rectt. / 01/2020
Read the instructions carefully and complete the online application form giving accurate information including the registration number GATE-2020. After completing it, the system will generate a unique NHPC registration number. Applicants should keep ready scanned copies of their certificates in PDF format in a separate file as indicated in step 4 under “STEPS FOR APPLICATION” between 100 and 200KB each JPEG / PDF format with a color photograph in format passport and a signature in JPEG Format of less than 23 KB and 15 KB respectively. Scanned copies of the certificates must be legible, otherwise the application will be considered rejected.
